As I mentioned earlier in this blog, 2009's hottest music star Lady Gaga is mental! Her performance at the VMA's was the most bizzare of the entire night. She performed her latest single "Paparizzi" with a group of backing dancers and I must say, she impressed me with her vocals. She's actually not that bad give or take a few notes. But anyway, halfway through her performance it became almost too much to watch as fake blood dripped down her middrift and faked her own suicide.
Already Anti-Suicide groups are commenting that Lady Gaga is "romanticising suicide" and that her behavior is irresponsible. We all know she crazy, but perhaps she trying to tell us something. Lady Gaga has repeatedly mentioned that fame and fortune has ruined her life and has even titled her upcoming tour "Fame Kills". She has been quoted saying "If someone had told me at the start of my career what success brings with it, I would have thought twice about it." Crickey she's only been famous for 5 minutes! If that quote doesn't do it for you check out this video... It looks to me that Lady Gaga's performance as well as her crazy choice of outfits, is a desperate cry for help...SERIOUSLY!
